Process Governance

Before the final authorization, the TO-BE process will undergo a full stakeholder approval workflow, which is automated and quick.

5

Training Teams

Process operationalization includes a communication program, online training plan and automated acknowledgement requests for teams.

As we live in an ever-changing business environment, the process should be revisited on a regular basis. All updates undergo a process governance workflow from review, authorization to re-acknowledgement.
